today is a public holiday so we don't have to attend college
woke up around 9am, but don't feel like going down yet
so i went for a few rounds in counter till around 10am
washed up and went down for breakfast
no more bread so no choice but to have cereals and milk for breakfast
after eating, i went up to the attic to iron my clothes
came down around 11 something
another few rounds of cs
and mum called us for lunch
'zhu bi pui' thats what they call it in hokkien, i don't know how is that dish called in english
finished up lunch and went to take a bathe and changed
we're heading to queens
once we are there, we went to Borders to buy books!
we had a 40% store-wide discount thanks to dad
we were there for an hour or so i guess
met with Kok Onn
he's working in a section in Borders
I bought 3 books : the secret, the definitive book of body language and Star Wars: Darth Bane Path of Destruction while mum bought 2 cook books
total price after the 40% discount was rm198
books these days are damn expansive
mum and sis went to mango while i walk around with dad
then I remembered mui is working in Padini
so I decided to give her a visit
when i stepped into the shop
I was like " waaa how come so many people eh? usually very empty eh marh"
then i saw signs all over saying " 20% " "50%"
no wonder there was such a crowd in the concept store
walked around and talk to mui awhile
then i called mum and told her that there's discount in case she wanna shop some more.
and indeed she came.
so we spent another 1 hour or so there
i bought a shorts since it's 50% off
met with khai ren and yit haang there
yit haang ponteng kerja =.='
after paying up we all went back home
ate some 'zhu bi pui' again since i was hungry
and so here i am blogging..
ok movie time !!
