we have found that suspect Quah Ben Joon is not guilty for murdering the victim as an act of self-defense. The incident happened around 9.20am to 10.00am, where the suspect was alleged to be attacked by a group of 'tu kaos' (gangsters in the Hokkien dialect) on the uppermost floor of Disted-Stamford College. Quah was going up the stairs and found himself surrounded by the gangsters which were all wearing white that morning. One of them was identified as Joon Wing Yern initiated the assault which was followed by the self-claimed victim of the case. However, Quah managed to counter the first attack by Joon. According to the suspect, he managed to defend himself again the attack all thanks to his long hands and height which protected him from Joon. Faced defeat, Joon retreated leaving the situation to her comrade - Yeap Shi Ying. Yeap then unleashed a brutal attack on Quah by slapping and beating his hand. To protect himself, Quah used his hand to parried the attack and as a result causing the glass of the watch on tukao number 2, also know as Yeap or more famously as Saix, to be smashed after meeting Quah's naked hand. Due to that incident, Quah was accused of murdering Yeap's watch. But now, it is clear that all of that happened in the act of self-defense to defend himself again those brutal and evil tukaos. The fact is, the real victim is the suspect himself and the real culprit behind the whole crime was the victim herself. It was she who gave her own watch her final blow knowing that it will now stand a chance against the hands of Quah. Thus, Quah is now Innocent until proven guilty..
