have been away for sometime now
mainly it's because of my trials. Well, nothing much i can say about it, didn't went well at all
so yeah, hooked up with some nice music these days. Jpop this time! been sometime since i updated my jpop library so recently when i was listening to melody. 's album, i heard this song called "miss you" which i used to and still liking it but been some time since i listened to it. I notice the mcee is quite good. After doing some research i found out this duo called m-flo.. So i decided to download some of their albums and hell yeah they rock.. The duo consist of DJ Taku the DJ and VERBAL the mcee. VERBAL is a Korean whom attended the same international school with DJ Taku in Japan. Both further their their studies in the US but in different places. However, when they came back to Japan, they continued to work together thus forming m-flo. Initially there was a vocal in the group called LISA, but she left the group to pursue her career as a single. M-flo music are mostly Hip-Hop R&B they often collaborate with other artists after LISA left the group. I find the group to be insanely creative and interesting, from their music, instrument, rythm, style, clothing, to MV, everything seems to be fresh and new. Even people they collaborate with are special. Because both of them and most of the artists they work with were either born, raised or ever studied in US, therefore most of them speak very fluent and accurate english accent.
From their album, i were introduced to some Jpop artists i never heard before, but which are pretty talented and share almost the same style as M-flo. So i too downloaded some song of their own to listen which turn out to be good too. Some of these artists are, Ryuhei Yamamoto, LISA, Emyli, Yoshika,Emi. Some other artists that work with m-flo which i already have their albums are Crystal Kay, BOA, Melody., Utada Hikaru, Namie Amuro, Ken Hirai.

Some interesting fact is that VERBAL the mcee from M-flo is actually a member of TERRIYAKI BOYZ, those guys who sang " TOKYO DRIFT". And another member of TERRIYAKI BOYZ, Nigo is the founder of BAPE( A Bathing Ape ) streetwear cloth line( the babymilo is part of the clothline ).
