Guys aim to eat better and not go on "diets"

Eat When Hungry and not Stressed!!
Most women turn to food when they feel stressed out and pressured.. On the other hand, guys tend to hit the gym instead of the fridge

Skip the "lite" and "diet"
People are more satisfied when eating "real" food. Women may eat more "diet" food in search of satisfaction but end up with more calories

Banish the guilt
Women feels guilty after not following their diet plans, while guys will feel satisfy with the results after a good workout at the gym

so chabos out there! don't la always diet diet diet
makan la a little bit more and then follow guys to do exercise and you'll lose weight in no time xD
